Sultana bread.
For those that guessed it (not many) the amazing raisins was in fact a culture of wild yeast that we grew. All of the groups managed to unscramble the mixed up bread recipe and make some chocolate buns. Those that worked out the correct amounts, baked great looking and delicious buns and those that got some measurements wrong ended up with not so great buns! It was an awesome end to an amazing mystery in Room 3. Here are some pictures.
